One of the things I really enjoy about having moved to the west coast of Canada is the size of the trees. There are so many huge trees. These ones were quite far from the largest we've seen, yet they're still quite impressive.
Found another lonely cherry blossom in the middle of a field. I tend not to like intense edits like this, but for both of these trees, it just seemed appropriate to portray the mood at the time.
My parents and I were hiking up some path in a park on Bowen Island and the lines formed by the trees in the forest really struck me.
